Do NOT do NOT DO NOTTTT order from this store!! Make sure you heed the online the reviews because this place is a HOT MESS!! Can’t even believe I had to give them 1 star. More like -32 out of 5 stars. They just send you what they want, they don’t fulfill your order, and they care nothing about making it right! They had some shady door dash driver (even though I didn’t order thru Door Dash) and her drunk friend riding shotgun holding the pizza bag sideways delivering the food and she literally just looked at me and said “They out of all yo stuff you ordered.” And hands me one pizza box. LAWD HELP! When I called to tell the store that my order was wrong 15 mins before closing (I ordered 6 pizzas/items & only 1 item was delivered & wasn’t even the right thing), the employee said “well, we’re closing so you gonna have to call tomorrow) and would not refund my money! $48 spent with no food or refund! In the same hotel, 3 other people ordered food, got charged, and no one showed up with their food!

Inexcusable lack of efficiency, communication and professionalism, this place. I placed an order via the app last night well before the store was to close. Received email confirmation and, of course, my debit card charged (with a rather large tip). Email and app indicated 45 minutes or so before delivery. An hour and a half later I phoned to find out what was going on. Automated phone system simply said they were now closed. Phoned this morning and spoke to the most distasteful, disrespectful and rude so-called manager I have ever encountered. Explained the issue with inquiries as to why they made no effort to communicate with me. I was hung up on after being told they lacked a delivery driver last night. Let me repeat that: I was hung up on after being told they lacked a delivery driver last night. Yet, they charged my card. Isnt that stealing?

We got a great pizza in here the other night. We were from out of town, didn't have the app to place the order online and thought we could walk in. They were just about to close (we didn't know that), but Kenny still took care of us really quickly. All the staff were friendly, though they had obviously put in a long day.

I should have heeded the reviews. I thought, "How bad could it be?" Well, I was wrong. First off, there was some kind of brown substance smeared all over the front door. Whether it was mud or something else, I have no idea. After waiting 30 minutes at the store with employees who didn't seem to care a lick about their work or about me, I finally demanded an update on my order status, only to be told that it had to be remade and would be another 15 minutes. I canceled my order. What a dump this place is.

Had the same problem, 6 of us needing fed , placed our order was given a total and time . The pizza never showed, called corporate and never got called back.
