Absolutely rediculous. After I paid I was told my original recipe would take 17 minutes to come up. 40 minutes later and after watching 20 customers come and go, they tell me they had a fryer malfunction and it would be several more minutes. I will NEVER come here again.

It took over 5 minutes for someone to take our order. Then a couple brought their little doggy into the restaurant in a stroller. It was no service dog. It was a poodle. NOT HAPPY with our experience today. We thought doggies couldn't be in a place where food was served. The man told someone that the dog was spoiled. The manager should have handled this!

Good food depending on the time you go. Between 2 and 4 it's good after that it's just not hot or fresh lots of attitudes.

Went to KFC in Canton a bit hesitantly. They were super busy at drive through so went inside. Waited a few minutes then manager took my order, gave me a professional discount, then offered me a drink while I waited! Food was ready quickly and manager came around to hold the door for me! Our extra crispy bucket was fresh and piping hot, fries perfect, slaw fresh and even biscuits good! Will definitely go back, highly recommended!!
