My husband sat there for an hour today waiting to be seen and then was told he needed to reschedule because they “lost” his information. He has a job…it’s not easy to take time off to make doctor appointments. The lady he dealt with at the front acted as if she did not know what she was doing 1)when she called to confirm this appointment 2)when they lost his information and tried to get him to reschedule. We are so frustrated. This office needs to get it together.

Just left the office and I wanted to immediately leave a review because I was so pleased. Everyone in the office was friendly and kind. Dr. Brown was wonderful with my 9 year old daughter. I do believe we have found a place we will continue to come back to as a family for the years to come. Thank you to Dr brown and staff!!

After talking to the receptionist TWO times on the phone about my insurance and if they accepted it I wasted a morning and expensive gasoline and my niece took a day off to drive me there and guess what...after filling out their form I was informed they wouldn't accept my insurance. They must pay their staff a super low wage. You know the old saying...if you pay peanuts all you'll get is monkeys.
