where is the cabin for public use in park?

I think the cabins all require a reservation and rental.

On the Table Rock trail are there any restrooms along the way? Three to five hours on the trail is a long time to go without going, if you know what I mean.

Once you leave the trailhead, mother nature is your only restroom.

what is the difference of Table Rock State park and Table Rock Summit Trailhead. Is the trail head a part of the state park?

The trail is part of the park. Table Rock summit takes you to the top of table rock. Pinnacle Mountain trail takes you to the pinnacle mountain summit, highest point in south carolina contained entirely in the state of s.c..pinnacle mountain trail is also in table rock state park.
