I just wanted to say thank you guys and you are amazing. I went in for a routine oil change and it was somewhat busy. I was greeted by a kind gentleman named Richard. The best part what made it great was he was the one who serviced my vehicle. I've been to many places and I won't go anywhere else. When I was called out to go over my vehicle by him, it made me a bit nervous. Upon arriving, I saw my vehicle was vacummed. I'll admit my car is a mess but he made it look great. After a few minutes of talking to him I was at ease. He is confident and well spoken. He went over the entire car from A to Z. He showed me things I never thought or was told prior. I feel like places sell you things you don't need. Not here. He is very honest and gave me my best option and you can tell he cares about his customer. The prices are very fair and he even opted to help me as much as he could. I also liked the fact that even though other people were there, I felt like I was priority with him. Tell Richard thank you and he is an excellent employee and I wish you guys the best in your success and I will always refer your company to family, friends and whoever else needs service.

My daughter just had her vehicle serviced at speedee at the savannah hwy location where she has been going for service since moving to Charleston. The last 2 times she has been to this location she dealt with the same technician, LJ, who was more than pleasant to deal with from the moment she walked in the door. I have always done the oil changes on my daughter's car before she moved to Charleston for school and I am nervous of her going to these quick lube places as their reputation of taking advantage of young females, but this has never been the case from this establishment. LJ greeted her with a smile and explained everything to her very thoroughly and made sure she understood everything. A+ to this gentleman for going above and beyond to make his customers have a pleasant experience and treating their cars like they were his own. Please let LJ know his professionalism is greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.
