Truly cannot warn against this complex enough. I recommend making this complex your last choice. Over the last year I lived in a second floor two bedroom unit. It was one of the most hellish experiences of my life. My downstairs neighbors chain smoke cigarettes constantly, and my entire apartment reeked. I sent emails asking for my air filters to be changed, sent emails kindly asking to switch units, or have insulation installed into my boiler room so my apartment didn’t constantly reek of smoke. I never got a response. My clothes smelled so awful to the point my professors pulled me aside after classes to ask me about it. It was humiliating and disgusting. My furniture smells so awful that I’ve had to throw everything out when I moved. Be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do, smell everything they smoke or cook, and listen to them scream and fight all hours of the morning. Living in a tent would have been better than my experience here.

Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.

Once you choose your apartment, click on the Apply Now button next to the unit you’d like to apply for to begin the application process. Then you just need to follow the instructions to submit your secured application online.
Yes, we do offer virtual tours through maac.com. Click on the “Tour Your Way” button on the community page and follow the instructions to request a virtual tour.
