I'm trying to find information about the showers- I'm in a wheelchair and pretty much have been rolling in to a disabled shower stall at hotel but I'm on the street the last couple months-- Thanks-

Questions & Answers

How do I know someone will be there to accept my donation? I drove up there last week and no one was there. I don't want to do that again, so how can I make sure there is someone there?

Hi Bettyann! We have staff on site from 6am to 1pm each day. We are doing our best to make sure that there is a staff member here while others travel to pick up donations. Unfortunately, we had stepped out to do that when you arrived, and that was a mistake on our end. I guarantee that from now on, if you come between the hours listed, there will be someone here to accept your donation. My apologies! Hope to see you soon!
