This place is a diamond in the rough!! People think Chester is this swamp of poverty and crime. But it has facilities like the Boys & Girls club that offer so many life changing resources, it needs to be known on a larger scale

For children 16 and under you have to have a membership. The club no longer offers adult memberships.

Its $50 a yr for 1 child the cost decreases with multiple children.
