It smells a bit shady around here. Be careful when dealing with this place. I would advise to make sure you have everything paid before the 15th. Go to the window and pay instead of using their online payment system. Having to pay $400 for a water bill when you have been paying on your water bill for the past two months just don't seem right. If you suspect anything. I advise to look at all of your bills and start taking notes. I think someone is stealing money around here.

What good is enrolling in autopay if it doesnt come out AND every time I log on to their website it says o due. I've tried to pay multiple times online and then we get a letter in the mail at 445pm saying if we don't pay by 2pm that DAY we have a fee and our water will be cut off. fix your website.

Worst utility service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been having problems since I moved here (just about a year). Our second or third bill was in the amount of over six thousand dollars (quite literally). When I called to fix the problem it took over two months to fix. Secondly, their website is always down or payments don’t populate on time so it’s been several times I’ve been forced to pay a late fee due to their incompetence. I’ve found that there is absolutely no way around this issue unless you physically go in during their work hours. My spouse and I both work, so their site always malfunctioning or not working is such an inconvenience unless someone can request off a slotted time during the work day. Their hours don’t accommodate vast majority of the working class. “Well why don’t you call in to pay your bill?” They don’t let you pay your bill over the phone. Recently, they’ve redirected me to call a different number to pay my bill through an automated billing system. Ideally, if it worked, you can call in, verify your account number and credentials, and pay your amount due. I’m assuming it doesn’t work because it pulls data from the same source the website does. Their systems tell you there’s no payment due/ account balance is zero time and time again, when in reality, the amount owed is supposed to post on the first of each month. So again, the only reliable option here is physically going in to likely deal with someone’s attitude. What happened to good old fashioned customer service? It’s safe to say auto pay for us is out the question after our initial six thousand dollar welcome. Definitely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt but here I am, a year later, problems unsolved.

Friendly customer service; wait time in lines are relatively short, except on the 15th; good and productive experience on every visit.
