Meh! No wait staff showed up for 6am opening, 3 cooks are cooking, doors are locked, chairs are up on the tables, dining lights are off, and 5 police officers waiting for doors to open. At 6:05 and still no wait staff, we had to bolt for Waffle House.

Disappointed that the scrambled eggs were overcooked (on too hot-hot a flat-top, and unstirred for too too long with big dark-yellow curds) and the bacon undercooked (lots of translucent uncooked fat, which a bacon press might help). The eggs were dry and pretty tasteless. The hash browns were dry too--a rarity--needed some genuine butter, not just oil. For a short time while in college in my 20s, I cooked breakfast at sorority house--I made better breakfast off the flat-top griddle on a short-order basis.
