After fighting through traffic getting off work, I shamefully wheeled in to the post office with 10 minutes before closing. Everyone there was so patient and kind, and still took extra time to make sure the packages I had to mail would get to their destination in the fastest, most cost-efficient way. I am extremely grateful for everyone at Richmond Hill post office for going the extra mile to help

Had an apt to get a pass port at 1:45 arrived at 1:30 seen a line so I went in, immediately bad vibes from all three of the workers, they were rushing people off just a rude atmosphere get to the desk about 1:35 and they ask if I have my pictures I say no because I checked the box on the website saying I needed a picture the lady immediately says “you didn’t request a picture or it would say that “ so me still trying to avoid conflict say well how do I get one the other lady says you can run to cvs or Walgreens real quick the lady I’m at the desk with says “you’ll have to reschedule your apt cause I have a doctors apt and can’t be late. My apt was from 1:45-2pm and I got my pass port picture at 1:48. This place is ridiculous

Hands down to the worst post office. I didn’t know how bad this place was until today. The lady that process passports is completely rude and with an attitude. She didn’t have her name tag. I came into this post office because I made an appointment to renew my children passport. As soon I went to the counter she didn’t say anything so I told her what I was there for. She threw me a piece a paper to read without any communication. The only communication was when she asked me about the application which I noticed she refused to get the papers. My DS-5525 was a photocopy and not the original form. She didn’t make the effort to talk to me or ti make sure my next appointment is scheduled or even to look at all my documents are completed for my next appointment. She didn’t say “Have a Good Day”and I noticed she turned around. She pretty much didn’t care and I regret no saying anything to her.I have been calling several times to speak with the post master but nobody answer the phone.

I don’t understand why these people are so rude. Life is already difficult and they make it 10 times harder then it should be, they need to fix there customer service and attitude.
