We chose this facility based off of the pricing. After only 5 months we got a letter that our monthly cost would increase by 33 dollars per month. I reached out to the facility management and they explained that they did a survey of surrounding storage facilities and what they were charging and decided to raise their rates.... This is ridiculous and pure greed. Avoid CubeSmart at all cost, they lack integrity, morals, and will just raise their rate on you whenever they want to for no good reason. What about the people that chose to use your facilities due to the price? Shame on you....
