I've been leasing about 7 months . The leasing office has always been attentive and addressed any issues within 24 hours. It's a quiet area and I am pleased with my apartment.

I have the worst experience living there. Maintenance is slow and they don't truly care about the residents having people there to help them out when needed.

Lived here long time ago. Quite area because Garden City Police pulls everyone over so if you liveing foul do not move to Garden City cause the police pull over any car they don't recognize
