As a new patient walking in they didnt ask if i needed to check in theres a window and a door for the front desk didnt know where to go so they check in someone who came in after me. Didn't acknowledge me till I asked how/where do i check in. Front desk need more common sense and communication. Theres an arcade room and movie room in the waiting area. The Dentist is awesome. My son got a toothbrush, prize and shirt for 1st visit with them. We were out in like 30 min or so. Happy I made an appointment we rescheduled too!
