The Office Is Never Open & The Pool Is Always Closed ! LOWER THE RENT IF WE CANT GET IN THE POOL OR GO TO THE GYM !!

This place is becoming more & more of a dump yet they raised our rent. Pool is never open, fire pit doesn't work, garbage everywhere. Plus my dog gets attacked by an off the leash dog every freaking week. In one year it's been 3 different teams in the office & it seems like nothing gets fixed. Same pile of glass has been in the grass for a good 3 months now. I'm over it. They'll complain about a kayak that is in nobody's way but won't do a thing about the garbage or the off leash dog issues. Rent elsewhere because it's not worth it.

I would give this place less than one star if I could and show them the finger between my pointer and ring. I scheduled a tour of this place for Tuesday at noon. I get there and was told that my tour was for a Saturday at 2pm when I scheduled it for Tuesday. They refused to give me a tour right then and there and said they could reschedule even though it was THEIR fault for not scheduling me on the correct day. I stormed out of there and they will be receiving a very mean phone call from me once I am able to get through to them, as they don’t seem to answer their phone even though I tried both of the numbers on their website.
