I left my girlfriend rolex watch yesterday at this place, they said and I quote "maybe 1 hour it will be fix, then we will call you back." after waiting 24 hours guess what? they never called me back weird right? so I called them ofc and he said that the guy does not come to work till tomorrow and he will fix it. So i came sunday because I called 30 times to make sure my girlfriend watch was ready!! they never answer phone, and never call me back. i found it really werid and worried so i decide to go drive 1 hour for them to say they haven't finish it?!? meaning they didn't even open to package they put the watch in? waste of my time with this place and If I could i would of put zero stars for poor customer service. But Then, luckily I went Ballantyne jewelry store about 10 mins away from this place, they fix my gf watch with no problem only 10 min of they fix it! and i obviously left amazing tip
