The community is beautiful and the floor plans are well thought out. Emri gave us great customer service, from the moment we walked in the door! April and Kinte gave us the local rundown of the Ballantyne area and helped to answer several of our logistical questions. It was a bit more expensive than we thought, but everyone is different. When the time comes, The Townhomes at Bridlestone is our top choice!

We absolutely love it here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Staff is friendly. Pool is always clean. Neighbors are kind and respectful. We had poor experiences renting in the past, but we could not be happier with the living experience here. We came to April and Keith needing a place to live ASAP. We were able to sign a lease and move in two days later because of their efforts. Highly recommend!

Townhomes at BridleStone is a lovely sector tucked away in a great area, still accessible to anything and everything. A great family orientated community, wonderful awesome staff and not to mention the fabulous floor plans that cater to all.

This review is based purely on me being an interested party in leasing. I scheduled a tour for 6/12/22 at 1:15pm. I've been trying to get in contact with the property for weeks about touring an actual unit but no one seems to ever pick up the phone. I proceeded with online scheduling assuming I'd be able to tour something based on a tour being available and seeing on social media that a new unit was becoming available. I received a text from Keith at 1:05pm saying there was nothing to tour and when I arrived he reiterated the same. He came off dismissive and as if he wanted to enjoy his Sunday without interruption. I had to suggest well since I drove all this way how about showing me the property. Note: If someone is scheduled to be there within 10min from when you text them, it's safe to assume they are driving, I'm new to the area so the last thing I'm paying attention to is text notifications when I'm focused on my navigation. Next time a call would've been better. During the tour the property itself looked beautiful. Keith asked me what things matter to me I replied 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage and some type of yard space. Keith replied since this property is for leasing they don't have yards. Well there are other home/townhome communities for rent in Charlotte that do offer yard space. Also while on the tour I pointed out some homes have fences, to which he replied oh yes some do have a little fenced in space. I thought you said there were no yards because it's a leasing property. At this point I was entirely annoyed by this experience with Keith. To the property, you should treat every interested person(s) with the same respect without assumption. I'm not sure what was going on with Keith that day but my experience was less than satisfactory and if something does become available I have no interest in working with Keith. On the flip side I did have an excellent phone experience with April, who listened, seemed patient and explained what she could to me about the property and she invited me to at least tour the property until something is available during the time frame I'm looking to move. UPDATE: April reached out regarding my initial review. I ended up going back to the property for a tour and she showed me parts of the property that was not pointed out in my first tour with Keith. April was patient and showed me all the floor plans and we narrowed them down based on what I'm looking for. This was an excellent experience overall and hopefully the floor plan of our preference will be available.
