Sent my car for body work, got it back with a damaged engine. Gerber gets one star for the polite desk staff and a second star for fixing out front fender. I removed three stars because not only did they damage our engine, but they returned it to us KNOWING they damaged it without making it right! They wanted to send us way down the road to a different shop to fix it after the fact. It now makes a horrible rattling noise and it's going to cost us quite a lot to have someone else fix it because we will not be going back to Gerber for anything.

Save your money and go elsewhere! This company is unorganized and lacks communication skills even though they claim to contact you every Tuesday and Thursday. They will not meet their deadline and then ask for more money. This place is a scam!
