First thing in the morning I was treated to a flooded bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I began to remove water asap but realized I was going to need additional help and equipment. Called Southeast Restorations around 11 am and they had someone at my house by 3:00pm. Workers were courteous, informative, and professional. My rooms are dry now and will be looking forward to having them restored.

SRG just replaced my roof and it was a great experience. They were in and out very quickly. Also - the professionalism from the start of the insurance claim all the way to the end of the repairs was very pleasant. They are a top-notch contractor and I give their name out all the time now. Also - I wanted to give Jay McNair, the estimator, a shout-out for being so knowledgeable about how the claims process works and being able to connect with my insurance adjustor and get the numbers to match up. And secondly, Dave Harris - the project manager, was on top of this project and his crews the entire time. Nothing was overlooked or done poorly, which isn't always a given anymore with contractors. Ms. Merritt, Thank you for reaching out to Southeast Restoration. We are licensed General Contractor that specializes in Fire, Water, and Mold Restoration. We typically do not handle normal home maintenance type repairs such as this due to our pricing structure necessary for the Restoration Industry. You really don't need to hire a General Contractor, a window company, or glass company, or handyman will probably be a better fit and will cost you less for the repairs. I am sure that a Google/Review search will reveal there are several qualified vendors such as this in the CSRA that would be glad to assist. Thank you again for reaching out to Southeast Restoration!
We can handle emergency response water mitigation and structural drying in the event of a water disaster. But we do not handle reconstruction and/or renovation to commercial structures as you described. Hopefully this answers your question. Thank you for reaching out to Southeast Restoration Augusta.
