Absolutely would not recommend spectrum mobile to anyone. Overall the customer service I received at the store was door was good the problem came in when we had to contact spectrum mobile and customer service for assistance With activating a SIM card. Let's just say the customer service I received from them left a lot to be desired and I found discriminatory against those with disabilities. I left there extremely frustrated and without a working device for spectrum mobile mobile or my previous Carrier. I have already made the attempts below.

Every time I come here I have to wait 30 min /1hr to pick up equipment or drop off. That makes no sense at all , you guys have 1 person at the front working with multiple customers! Ridiculous. Hire more people if you need help

This has to be the worst run company known to mankind. How do you have employees that don't have keys to open the door. Then have employees that don't know how to get in touch with their manager to tell them the status that they can't open the doors. There was approximately 15 people that have been waiting here for over an hour and a half I had an appointment along with several other people only to be told by the customer service agent that's locked out that she doesn't know who's supposed to work and she doesn't have a key to get in the door nor does she know who to contact. I bet Spectrum will not answer this review!!! Go with Google for your internet needs!!!I am going now!!!

After a very very frustrating experience I had at a another spectrum store location. Rep Blanca was very patient and helpful she listened to my complaints and took care of all my service needs. She was awesome excellent service.
