Zero stars is the appropriate rating for the experience I had at the N. Tryon location. Very poor customer service. Staff should always know how to talk to customers. I previously went there every day but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I enjoyed a smoothie from this Smoothie King one afternoon to take with me while walking around the university lake. Their smoothies are creamy and delicious. I love the Banana Boat, and the chocolate peanut butter smoothie.

So they require customers to have a face mask to buy but their employees can wear there face mask like a scarf……..

First time an employee told me that smoothie king no longer does curbside i order a smoothie everyday and never had such bad service no one in the front either so lazy.
