Waited 45 minutes in the DRIVETHU only for them to tell me they need to cook the food so I have to wait extra AFTER paying. The worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had please don’t come here if you have somewhere to be.

The morning manager was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. I walked inside to order my take out. I asked him a few questions about the hurricane that hit Charleston. Then we started talking like we we're long lost friends. Whatever Bojangles is paying this man is not enough. 👌👍

Was told that only supreme is available for the night, an hour before closing.They also had no sweet tea, and they didn't know what sides they had available. I could see the staff sitting in the dinner area as well. The worker on the comms was very rude, and continued to cut me off while ordering. I've never wrote a review for anywhere. No matter how bad the experience was. But this was on another level.

THE PERSON AT DRIVE THROUGH STATED WE HAVE NO CHICKEN AND NO CHICKEN FOR SANDWICHES. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IN A MONTH THIS WAS TOLD. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS BOJANGLES? NO PURCHASE WAS MADE LEFT THEY HAD NOTHING TO SELL ME.
