their office staff is not pleasant at all, they really need soft skills training. poor record keeping. have not even met the Dr. yet and already a bad impression. hopefully he is better than his staff.

Went to see the PA for my thyroid levels because I felt off & I’m hypothyroid. I think that endocrinology is a little too complicated for doctors of NEPA because she told me that my levels were too high. I know my body & I know that wasn’t true. She made me think I was crazy! Luckily now I have a great doctor in Allentown who is extremely smart & understands what is really going on with my thyroid. Don’t waste your time here.

The staff is very pleasant and were even able to squeeze me in when I wrote my appointment time down wrong in my planner....and they didn’t charge me for the missed appt. Dr, Berbano not only understood, addressed and helped me with my issues, he looked at me and talked to me as a person. Most drs don’t do that anymore. He was cheerful, and, months later, he even remembered the first time he saw me and commented on the progress he could see in my demeanor as well as my bloodwork. He reminds me of the patient care that we all used to receive before our drs started typing into laptops and not making eye contact with us. He treated me as a person, not as a number. And he’s healing me. There’s nothing more important than that!
