I recently rented a cargo van from this location to move to out of state, Florida. On my way back to Pennsylvania I had a flat tire, I reached out to roadside assistance and they sent someone over and arrived within 30 minutes. However he wasn’t able to help me because the van did not have the tools to release the spare tire from under the van. They then had to send someone else who luckily was able to help. The van was not inspected properly, and the tools to release the spare tire should’ve been in the van, this delayed me 3 hours. Next time make sure you guys are actually doing your job and inspecting the vehicles before letting someone drive off and putting them in danger!
