I was having issues placing an online order tonight so I called the local Dominos. The associate that took my call was amazing!! He honored the discount even though it was for online orders only. I would have given a five, but the wings we ordered weren't great at all. The were extremely small and had very little meat on them. It was just nice to have someone kind help you with all of the hate going around.

If I could post a picture you would see why I gave it a 1. Paid for extra cheese there was barely cheese on it much less extra. When I got in my car I saw them pointing at me. So I took the pizza back in and they didn’t care. What has happened to customer service. The guy that answered the phone was very polite.

Ordered a pizza, the food was cold and missing sauce. They did not send a receipt. I was on hold for nearly 30 minutes, upon finally reaching someone I was told they could not email me or send me a receipt. I asked to speak to the manager and the girl got arrogant and condescending saying he wasn’t available. I told her to have him call me she said he would when he could but probably wouldn’t be for a few days. Will never order from them again and will be bringing this up to their higher management.

95 minute delivery time when app said it would take 50-60. Suppose I deserve the awful pizza I received for being so lazy but cmon, y'all can do better. I live 9 minutes away. Also the pizza was burnt and lazily made. Impressive bubbles on the one slice but I prefer one without crust completely overtaking what it's supposed to be delivering. Fwiw, the driver was friendly and apologized.
