After a day at the lake, my phone took a swim in my cooler. I took it to my cell phone company, who told me they could do nothing for me and that I should probably just buy a new one. Since I always had good experiences with a iphixit and decided to give them a try even though they’re under new management. They were awesome! The kid that helped me was named Spencer and I can’t recommend him enough. He spent so much time cleaning out my phone meticulously and helping me get it back into working order in what felt like no time. I’ve always loved this place and I’ll always have my business.

Brought my work phone in to get the screen replaced as I had dropped and cracked it and it wouldn't turn on and display anymore. They ordered up the screen but unfortunately it was the wrong one but this was not their fault as my phone had a new back case put on at some point and the sticker with the model was incorrect. Got the correct screen ordered and once it arrived it was replaced that same day. Overall great experience, communicative on what's going on and would use again if needed.

I had gone in back in September and paid to have the glass that goes over my cameras on my note 20 fixed. They said they were going to order the part and get back to me. I ended up moving and putting it off. I went in today and found out that they had essentially been bought out by a new company. Even with this they agreed to honor my receipt/invoice from September and fix the glass. They were all very professional and friendly. I left my phone and they were finished about an hour later. Before giving me my phone back they cleaned it. And they did a perfect job! My camera finally takes good pictures again! I will definitely return if I break anything again and recommend them to my family and friends!
