My whole family uses Dr. Buncher. Yes he's convenient to get to office. Well, today was the last draw for me being his patient. I've been calling all week to get a prescription filled as of this evening I've not heard from anyone from that office and his wife works in the office and she yelled at me and when I asked with whom I was speaking with she hung up on me. That office has always been unprofessional. The last nurse I had couldn't pronounce my medication. It's 735pm now and I've heard from no one. Update people. I went to see Dr. Buncher today 5/04/22. He didn't have to see me but he did and I'm very grateful and appreciative. He was very attentive and his staff too. I'm sure he'll get to the bottom of my health issues. God Bless.

Dr. Buncher was "okay". The PA very nice. Overall, not impressed. The front office staff is extremely rude and wanted to argue with my daughter over billing. I'm getting conflicting stories from my insurance company and the front office. The billing person won't even call. I tend to believe the insurance company over these people. Therefore, we will NOT go back.

Went in for an auto accident, the best nurse Mrs Victoria made me comfortable, she is down to earth and such a great spirit. She really knows her work, best nurse I've had in 30 years. I love how she conducts herself. 5 stars to her

We are out of state at the moment & my husband has a prescription with refills for the next year. He forgot his prescription & they refuse to send it to a pharmacy in Ohio. They claim they can only send prescriptions to pharmacies in South Carolina. Speaking to other doctors, this is not a true statement. We live in the United States. Every other doctor in this country has no problem forwarding a prescription to a pharmacy out of state in the USA. I really have been trying to understand the statement from them that they cannot forward a prescription to another state. I am contacting the medical board to try to resolve this.
