I am a nurse practitioner and I have taken my dog to this office 3-4 times. Each time it seems to get worse the staff is not friendly they don't smile or seem happy to be caring for animals. The last visit was horrible we left with my son in tears. We took or dog in for an injury to his leg and the vet was so short and nasty. He has a horrible bedside manner. He proceeded to tell me or dog had flea eggs and that what I had been using would not work. He stated it is up to you to buy what you want but Walmart brands do not work. I am not a vet which is why I trusted my dog would be taken care of by Sr. Synder.t was degrading and I have no problem purchasing what my dog needs but you should provide education if I am paying you $200.He was more than rude and did not take the time to explain anything or answer questions. I will say one staff member tried to explain things but he cut her off so she just stopped talking. I am surprised he has any staff at all. Maybe he does not like severing black people or maybe he is just rude either way I am a health care provider and I know people and animals deserve to be treated better and with respect. It's his practice so I guess he feels he is entitled to be rude.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful, but they almost seemed like they were rushing to get me out as fast as possible. The Dr never did even discuss with me what had made my dog get sick. He just gave me medicine and sent me on my way.

It was recently time to let go of my 12-year-old mutt, Penny, who had been cared for by Drs. Sidner and Barker her whole life since adoption. This is the second beloved dog we've had to say good-bye to since going to Animal Medical Clinic over 20 years ago. It was so hard to say good-bye to Penny (an Moses), but they did such a great job of taking care of her and of me. ALL the care they have provided over the years has been excellent, and I trust Dr. Sidner's professional opinion implicitly.

Hi! I have a 10 month old rabbit, and I was wondering how much it would possibly cost to get him neutered? Thanks.

Good Morning- If we have never seen your bunny we will need to do a pre-surgical consult/exam which is 65.00. The cost for neutering a male rabbit is 375.00. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hello- it depends on several factors. Have we seen your pet for an exam? When we do the exam for the dental we will see if there is any dental disease and if we may need to do any extractions. We also require pre-op blood work before the procedure. If you would like to make an appointment for the exam ,please give us a call.
