Not a good ratio of parking to showers. Too much parking for such a small store. I am not sure what the ideal ratio would be, but definitely more than 5. Pilot should build a second floor for more showers. Please be considerate of others and not spend longer in the shower than you need. Not longer than you would at home.

I see they have not fixed the issue of the shower heaters and after this being my second time since the beginning on June. I take notice this issue has being going on longer than 2 months and they have no interest in fixing it . This is not a place to pass by. Sadly disappointed on this that they have not fixed the issue in a timely manner.

So there was a lady working around 4pm yesterday who was one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever run into at any store. She totally went over and beyond for me by taking down my phone number and contacting me to follow up with what I needed. Mind you, I believe they were short staffed but you couldn’t even tell. I’m going to contact corporate as well because she truly gets it. I will be returning solely based off of this experience.

35 minutes waiting for a shower via the app at 3:30 PM I left. My position never changed. If the app was down then I had no notice. Though I saw at least 5 people walk in with shower bags. One of them came out and got his laundry it looked like and went back in. My experience is they weren't cleaning the showers. I usually make my purchases after I shower. So no shower no purchases. Very disappointed. 3:30 afternoon on a Saturday means you need be certain as people are looking for showers. I was #5 for 35 minutes. I left not wanting that store ever again.
