I had such an amazing experience. I think my Tandem jumper was Named Greg, he was very skilled and made it super easy and made my first time enjoyable. Shout to Jonathan the videoagrapher who captured my first jump, who interacted with me during our free fall. I'm super pleased with the staff and my experience. Within 15 min after my jump I already had my video emailed to me. Over all 10 out of 10. I would definitely come back and jump again. If jumping out if a plane is on your bucket list, you have to just do it. Skydive Iowa is the place to get that experience and cross it off your list.

Went skydiving here last Saturday with my family. This was our second time skydiving, first with Skydive Iowa! Skydive Iowa rocks! They are very professional and make it so much fun! I did a tandem jump and my instructor was Greg! He was fantastic! There was 9 of us and it was so organized and the videos are well worth the money! Rock on guys! I will see you again!!!

The staff was very friendly. The cameraman was very into his job . I had a wonderful first jump and it was a pleasant experience. My only complaint was we were a party of 4. Scheduled at noon. Arrived at 1130 a. m. and didn’t jump til 545 p.m.and our party of 4 was split up on 2 separate flights therefore waiting additional 30 min for the other half of our party. I would not wait six hours again for a future jump. Completely overbooked due to bad weather the day before. Was told 6 days to wait for video but received it on day 16.

During the season, skydiving operations usually happen every day the weather is good. It's normal to be jumping all day long, 7 days a week, during peak season. Definitely call ahead to book. They are easy to work with and definitely fun to jump with....
It is $250 per person for a tandem Skydive!!
Depending on instructor weight, the max is between 220-260 lbs
Skydive Iowa have friendly staff an they take the time to answer all your questions. A friend of mine came from Texas to visit me an I took him there we had a lot of fun. They even offer too take pictures and a video of your jump.

Yes, its called a tandem jump.
The season ends usually when the weather turns tough in fall. Jumping is dictated by weather and wind mostly. So if the weather holds out then jumping generally continues. Contact the drop zone for more information. The owner generally always answers his phone and will gladly answer this or any other questions.
