This apartment complex is by far the most clean, well kept, and safest place in the surrounding community. The property is well taken of, lawn maintenances weekly, trash is handled daily, must I mention, they do a really good job removing furniture items from the garbage, overall, this place is very clean! The property manager and team take good care of tenants concerns that need fixing and replacing in a timely fashion. This location is uniquely placed since it’s close to the city, and booming industries. Internally, the units are beautiful and I would recommend this dwelling to a person searching for a place to call home.

I do not recommend living here. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything other people are doing in their apartments. They did a remodel and are up charging. This place is not worth the price they are up charging to. The washer and dryer is suppose to go in the kitchen. The air is really loud, so if you want to watch tv I suggest watching it in your room. Some people that live over here are nasty and have trash just spilled everywhere and don't clean it. Sometimes the maintenance people get sent to your door without a notice. If you have maintenance issues it might take a while for maintenance to get to you or the front office just doesn't answer the phone. The doors are very raggedy, the whole foundation of the building is old and raggedy. The only thing that is good is that you don't have to pay for gas or water.

Around 500 something but its based off of your income .. BUT they're not accepting applications for over 12 because theyre remodeling the apartments..

It depends on the time you call. Around this time, they are usually out of the office doing inspections. If you pull up at the office, they only allow you in if you have an appointment.
