I was here for 3 months. I rather have another ruptured brain aneurysm than to stay here again. My room had green mold on the walls and furniture. I had a seizure in my room. I kept on pressing the call button because I felt a seizure coming on, but no one attended to me. I end up having the seizure in my room. They never answer the call button. When I left to go back home. I found out DFCS canceled my food stamps. I don’t know what they’ve done. But I was getting food stamps since 2009, I don’t know what the staff did to get my food stamps cancelled. I need to buy food to take why my seizure medication and blood thinner medication for the aneurysm in my carotid artery

I don’t like it there my mom was there 19 days and she lost so much weight her brand new house shoes, clothes and eyes glasses went missing. I told them I would be washing her clothes Her name was on her things. It stinks so bad and so nasty there. Please don’t take your love ones there it’s a dungeon there. It’s leaking in the hallway there is no wet sign water drip on my daughter as she was walking that place needs to be close. I took my mom up out of there. She had no pillow case on her pillow, sheets were nasty I had to change them it is so disgusting and dirty there.

My brotherMy brother wentMy brother went into me an my sister was there on the15 of Sept we was shown the rooms it was. Very clean the staff we dealt with was very good to tell how things an individual who would care for our family he arrived on the 16th an hewas happy yesterday today was a different my sister up they haven't gave him meds he had wet the bed an they had put a g thin sheet over him my sister took sheets an blankets an they would not let put them own his bed she had care D. Him for 25 year's she know ever thing about his .health an his medication an it to be given to him she very upset with the staff we going to night an give him medication a sheets an blankets will be put on his bed an he will have his food prepared like the doctor ordered go talk to the doctor an staff I will let you no what happens my sister has taken a case of diet pepsi they it was lost someone better find them by tomorrow

This place should be closed absolutely horrible people from the director Paula Paul the nurses the doctor that just puts whatever on death certificates the accounting staff that steals from the residents daily to all the fraud and lack of care that the patients receive if you HATE your family this is the perfect place for punishment they illegally admit patients and im sure have been committing insurance fraud for years this is a trouble place with awful disgusting so called humans running it. I have filed several complaints with the state but I guess they haven't murdered enough people yet for anyone to be concerned.
