This was my first time going to this store. I always go across the street to Princess, due to parking. The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I had many questions and they were all answered in a timely and kind manner. No one had an attitude or was frustrated. They truly helped me! I Love their selections of products, most variety I've seen! My ONLY compaint...ONLY, is the parking. It's so inconvenient and often there isn't any. I understand they have no control over this and there is nothing they can do about it. But, when speaking to others, this is why they don't go either, the parking. They go across the street to Princess, which is more convenient.
