Mike was Amazing! He was so kind on the phone, and so helpful when we got there. He let us test ride the bikes, and explained everything so kindly and clearly. We were prepared for this to be really complicated but he made it so simple. Everytime I come back I will always look for him. I'm very happy with my new bike too! I can now easily ride around SCAD campus with out struggling on hills!

The staff was kind and helpful even though it was a busy Friday. I purchased light and mirror and reflectors. Staff kindly assisted by inflating my tires to recommended pressure and helped me to understand how to - new to biking- secure my bike - to towing rack at hitch . I was quite leary about how secure it had been. But, patience is a virtue at Quality- my second visit there and it will reap many long term customers with the investments we are making-$2.7k electric bike. Great customer service. 👌

Wonderful customer service! Found a used bike on their website, but my SCAD student didn’t have a way to pick it up from their store. They worked with me to have it delivered to their dorm. My student is now happily riding around town and saving me money on Uber rides! Thank you so much Quality Bike Shop!
