I scheduled an appointment to fix a slow leak on one of my tires as well as an inspection of my break pads. They told me it would take a few hours which I was fine with so I went home. A whole 24 hours went by without any updates or estimations. When I tried calling for updates they said it was "in progress" but could not give me any further details about what was going on. I decided to cancel my requested services and go pick up my car. When I got there my car was in the exact same spot I left it and the seats and mirrors had not been touched (I'm 4'11' so these are almost always changed when I get car work done). The only upside is that they did not try charging me for the services, but what was even the point of letting me schedule an appointment and lying about it if you don't have the time to work on my car? All it did was waste my time and theirs. Will be looking for a different mechanic.
