The facility is gorgeous inside and out! The holiday decorations are always so beautiful. Lots of activities, great therapy team, and everyone is so nice!

I have been asked so many times to recommend a place for families to go to how can I recommend this place with so many low rating? And a lot of it is about not being helped with their meal cut up meat assistance them with eating. Staff visiting in hallway and so noisy at night and I know it’s that because I had two family members at once to. Maybe you need to have classes for staff to learn how to treat people. I know you have some good staff there but the others mess it up for them

I would not even give this facility a one star rating but to review I have to. I have personally seen the kind of care the individuals that live in this place get I was on the front lines of it all. The lack of compassion and the lack of care from the staff is unbelievable I would not recommend my loved one being there to anybody. They are poorly staffed and almost always under staffed. And when you speak out against the injustices you see, you are at fault and are immediately retaliated against or dismissed or even terminated. They have very poor management and do not any regard or remorse for the people that live there or the staff that work there and give it their all day in and day out.

In my opinion they have very poor management. Under staffed especially on nightshift. If you stand up for yourself or others you will be retaliated against. They love to cover for eachother especially via documentation. They ask employees to rate via facebook which is why the facebook rating is significantly higher than the google rating. Do not recommend this place to work for or have loved ones at.
