If customers cannot enter without a mask, the receptionist should have a mask on as well. She stated she didn’t need one because of the sneeze guard which she was not behind as she was walking around. We left and purchased masks just to be compliant and because she refused to let us enter and when we returned was shocked to see that she had removed hers but still remained adamant about my family and I wearing ours. She stated if I didn’t like it I could call the owner. Compliance is not my issue ma’am, double standards are. Seven years with H and B and I will not go back after this. The lady that prepared our taxes, however, was wonderful.
