I like banking here, but the drive thru ain’t open at 8 this morning. The door and google both need to be updated. Open when you say you open, people have places to be and being mislead is not very pleasant.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, my experience here was awful, was being asked to jump through one hoop after another to get a vehicle loan when I have good credit, income and everything needed to purchase car. I have had multiple vehicle loans from other credit union only came here because of cheap rates, after they made me jump through hoops because “they hadn’t dealt with me before” the attempted to do the same for the dealership because “this is their first time dealing with them”…. Even called the dealer to ask if I paid the funds down that the dealer clearly stated on the bill of sale … just terrible experience….

Because they have the most horrible online service ever. I am constantly having to reset my password. Sometimes daily. It is the most frustrating experience with a credit union or bank that i have ever had.
