This place saved my life.... The people that work there are very caring and understanding and the truly care its not just about a paycheck they enjoy helping people in the right way... And willing to allow you to grow and don't throw you out like some places do they give you a chance and believe in you and that makes me strive to make it especially for these haters that say untrue stuff on here about new Pointe because they can't get there way so I'm here to state the truth this place deserves a 5 star and they make you feel comfortable and except we are human but progress and practice makes perfection.... It's good to be at a place that has workers that have hearts and want to see all of us make it.... And they allow you to grow and make your own desicions as far as if you think your ready to begin to a point where you are ready to ween yourself because they know that's the only way we as addicts are gonna make it without having to start all over again addiction to herion and pills is a hard thing to over come on your own and it has cured me of my herion addiction it's taken them cravings and the people along with it has gave me the drive to stay with it I haven't ever succeeded at this disease of addiction yet and I've been suffering off and on since I was 13 without any success until now it's been almost a year and I have made so many improvements in my life and I've had people around me who have noticed the difference in me as well I just inspire to do better and better when I never kept the assent I've thus far like I said it's going on a year now and I have no desire to go back to herion thank yall so much I love yall and I hate to see anything bad said about yall because I feel yall are godsent for me as a herion addict yall have helped change my life I love yall more then you know.... I cannot believe there would be one single bad post about these compassionate people but that's how it is your always gonna have that one or two that didn't want to make it and wanted to not get better and wanting to blame someone else for them not trying to do better.....

This place literally saved my life. The staff is AMAZING. This is the first time I've ever opened up to a counselor. It doesn't feel like a doctor's office everyone there makes you feel like family. I travel 90 miles round trip to go there, and wouldn't go anywhere else!!! I HIGHLY recommend New Pointe Treatment Center! The best part, there not judgemental which is awesome as a addict!!

Very unprofessional, Clients that have been there years are very catty & quick to lie on new patients... allegations are made, NOT looked into by the clinical staff and then action is took based these dead end on allegations. Attorney had to be hired in case my niece is removed unlawfully . Very frustrated , moved her to Georgia to have a better life and thought we found the perfect place until this issue . So if anyone transfers there I'd advise not talking to ANY other patients because if someone doesn't like you or just isn't fond of you they are able to make up anything and without proof , the clinic takes action .

They do not take Medicaid. But it's only $13 dollars a day for your meds and everything. It's really worth it. They are amazing there. I did not think I would be able to do it and I have. March 23rd was 2 years clean for me. I could not do it without the help of these amazing people. If you can just try really hard and give them a shot.
The price is $13 a day unless paying by the week; they provide a discount if you pay weekly. $87.50 per week is the cost if you go that route. I know there is a $10 transfer fee for new patients transferring from one clinic to this one, but I'm not sure if that is the same price for new patients not transferring from elsewhere. Also, you'll have to purchase a lock box if you do not have one already; they sell them for $15, or you may get one from somewhere else if you prefer. You'll have to have a lock box to get Sunday take-homes and additional ones as you phase up.
If you have clean drug screens after entering treatment, you will phase up every quarter. Ill list the days and phases: phase 1(1-30days)1 take home. Phase 2(60-90 days) 3 take homes. Phase 3(6 months of treatment 4 take homes. Phase 6 (9 mos. in treatment) 6 take homes.....so at that point, youd be going once a week.
No but they are a very helpful caring outpatient treatment program.
