I got out of hospital and they were so helpful and kind to fill my prescription I had spine surgery and needed the pain medication they saved me even though it was on their break time they still helped

121221 I am a long time customer of the CVS store in Perry, GA and I love that store but there are a few problems that seem to bring the store down. The main Pharmacist Heather is not good when it comes to customer service and she acts like this is just a job and not her professional career. There have been a few young Pharmacists over the years that have been friendly and made me feel welcomed when I visited the store. I have met more new Pharmacists over the last 5 - 6 years than I can count. I thought maybe the Pharmacist didn't like being in a small city but I now believe that the Pharmacists left because they didn't like working with Heather. The techs have changed a lot recently. I was used to seeing regular faces a few years ago, but now I only see one or two faces that I recognize now. There are new faces in the Pharmacy and I can live with that, but there is one face or person that I don't miss seeing and it is Heather. I was told that she doesn't work many days in the Perry store but I think they should get her out of this store permanently. Maybe more of the employees will stay instead of leaving. I'm sure CVS doesn't take customer feedback seriously but I figured I would at least say something. Update 032322 Another Pharmacist has left this store. I guess Heather ran another Pharmacist off. I don't know who her supervisor is but they must be turning a blind eye to Heather's flaws as a leader or maybe her supervisor is afraid of her but most companies would not still have her in a leadership role for a big company like CVS.

New policy to close the pharmacy from 1:30-2:00pm for lunch. Not a problem everyone should have a break. I was in the drive through at 1:06pm to get wife's prescription. Two cars in front. Took approx 20 min for first car. Finally finished with them pharmacist looks directly at me and the car behind. Next car drops a prescription and pulls off. I get to the window at 1:29. She closed it and walks off. I immediately drive around and go in the store. All the security shutters are closed and she is walking out. I'm guessing she was closing them while socializing with the first car. No way she moved that fast. I asked if she was really going to walk out when myself and the older lady had been waiting in line well before lunch break. Wouldn't answer and kept walking. No wonder people are leaving that business and reviewing as they are. This definitely reconfirmed my decision to move to Perry Drug, now my wife is looking to do the same.

Wasted an hour and a half just trying to contact these people. They put you on hold then hang up on you out of pure laziness. I’m currently switching all of my prescriptions from this poorly managed location. Not giving CVS another chance after this.
