Jason was very kind, went out of his way on a holiday weekend to help my parents when their water stopped altogether. His visit helped them restore water for the weekend! Grateful for folks like these.

Our well pump stopped working, and we called Jason from EPI, and he took the time to stop by to check the filtration system on his way out on vacation. He was very helpful even though the problem was not the water filtration system. He checked our well pump and gave us the solution to the problem. Outstanding customer service.

Absolutely love my water system. It truly made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend EPI. On a side note the installation tech Steve Palmer is awesome. He is extremely professional, does a super clean install, and truly makes you feel like family!

My wife and I are customers of EPI Water for over 10 years and recently upgraded our water system to the Westinghouse Revolution Refiner. As it was 10 years ago, the whole process from start to finish was efficient! Our service technician and installer, Stephen Palmer, is very knowledgeable and a true professional. The whole team at EPI Water are outstanding and we are very happy with the new system!

Questions & Answers

Is your purification system a reverse osmosis? Need to know for health purposes.

Yes, the drinking water system uses reverse osmosis. The whole house conditioner is ion exchange. I hope that answers your question.

Are there cutoff valves where it connects to your water line?

If you're trying to put the system into bypass look at the back of the conditioner and where the pipes connect there will be either 1 lever or 2 valves (the valves look like ovenknobs). Turn the valves or lever (they will only turn one way). After that your conditioner will be in bypass.
