Discharged me from this office because I missed couple appointments during Covid & my moms hospitalization. It would be nice if they called to confirm since appointments are pushed back & I loved my doctor. Never had an office to do this; I wouldn’t want this company taking care of anyone if they just drop you like nothing. Been with them for 4 years and this year I missed a lot because my moms chemo and school & work. I haven’t had a chance to call or get reminders or anything.

I can't put into words on how terrible this place is. After waiting months and being told repeatedly different things, I decided to give a call to this place for a new patient. Called around 8:30 AM and met a person named Wendy or Whitney on the phone explaining that I wanted to sign someone up there as a new patient. She asked for the first name so I gave her the person first name spelled out. She then asked for the last name and I gave it to her spelled out also. She then sighed while talking on the phone and hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and a disgusting service. I guess they don't like certain people ethnicity of people and only take the ones that they like. I decided to give this place a chance regardless of the terrible rating it had but looks like reading up on what other people said about this place. It is absolutely terrible and unprofessional, I would recommend people to go to other hospitals that take you in regardless of your nationality and for who you are.
