We do carry N20 headgear replacements for the masks. Headgear by itself does not require a Rx UNLESS you are going to file it to insurance. Any item filed to insurance requires a current/valid RX on file and possibly additional documents like chart notes and proof of valid sleep study. It is possible that we can order and repair a Rollator wheel if it is one of the brands we carry. There is not really a "plug and play" replacement like there are for regular rolling walkers with wheels. Best thing to do is bring the Rollator into our store so we can have a technician look at it. I would also suggest calling to set up and appointment with a technician so we can ensure we have a qualified person available to troubleshoot the Rollator. 864-599-9945 opt 2, opt 2. You are also welcome to drop it off and come back to pick it up if you are on a tight time schedule since we will likely have to call the manufacture and verify whether or not replacement parts exist.
