The new management is making a lot of positive changes to the community. The best new addition is a dog park area, our pup has been checking it out, and was very excited that it was just fenced in, she has started making new friends. One of our favorite things is that the new management actually answers the phone and tries to get things done quickly, thank you Ashley for always working to get things done!

I'm sure every apartment complex has it's problems but the manager and maintenance staff are always friendly. Even though it takes time to fix some things they contact me and keep me updated on what's going on. If you're having trouble with anyone maybe you should approach it differently ... with kindness.

The office woman, Ashley, has been such an amazing woman. She's always on top of everything and always stays so positive, even considering she's the only one running the office for the many residents here. Never been more happy to have someone like her running things around here.

This complex is great! I have lived at The Colony Apartments for 6 years now and we haven't had not 1 issue with safety, "health hazards", bugs. etc. After reading some of these reviews below me it seems as if these residents either A. haven't addressed their issues or concerns to management. B. Looking for ways to get out of their leases. C. Are not keeping their apartments clean. You do realize we live in an apartment complex.. what do yo expect?! I have met with maintenance as well as the new property manager and they are amazing! After the office was closed for a while, the new manager has come in and is definitely making great progress with the community! Any issues within my apartment I may have, it's taken care of. I live in a ground floor apartment and I have not seen NOT 1 BUG IN MY APARTMENT!! :) With that being said, if you do not clean your home I am sure you will attract all types of critters in your home! If you are looking for an apartment that is affordable and spacious, you should rent here! Coming from a resident who's had ZERO ISSUES!!
