It’s ok for the most part if you have kids. However it’s not the place for financial growth. The property management is okay. I’ve seen better. Mrs. Eliza is a sweetheart. She should be the property manager. I never had any issues with bugs. Just constant ac problems since I moved out there & the trash never seems to be big enough for the community. The kids trashing the stair cases but that’s exterior. Paid rent and planet fitness since I could only use the gym during office hours… my job was the same hours. It’s a nice place overall. I recommend here for anyone who is okay with never advancing in life financially, who is ok with the auditors getting in your personal business or have a bunch of kids. That’s the only negative thing I could say. Now on a positive note; I left here got blessed in a home AND a job making 65k a year! So it needed to happen. All change isn’t bad. Look at God I recommend Killian because Killian was ok in my book.

Killian terrace Columbia sc , has a corrupted front office . I’ve been living here for 1yr they have been harassing me and targeting me consistently. And threatened me with evictions and it’s not even because of rent cause I pay that every months . Charging me 50 dollars for trash bags I sat outside my door to put on a jacket to take to the trash bin . Now it’s getting outrageous and I’m going to seek legal advice . This month they tried to evict me two days after giving them my rent payment. Also they have shootings and other illegal activities going on but rather bother you for a trash bag not to mention. You can never reach them but they give you 24hrs to reach them . It’s a nice place to stay short term until the management is reconstructed! Hands down worst apartment management.

lady was nice on phone but they have a 2-3 YEAR WAIT LIST! Even though their website says available, so unless you are wanting to move in 2024 don’t bother lol

Very nice office staff, but the people moving in there are going to run that place into the ground. Tenants are noisy and inconsiderate, grown adults hanging out in the breezeway smoking drinking and blasting music all night, and there was a LOUD physical altercation at 4am that nobody did anything about. Whoever the courtesy officer is doesn’t do squat. Kids are loud and messy in the common areas, constantly leaving food and drinks in the breezeway attracting ants and stray cats, and creepy people looking in your windows or knocking on your windows/doors randomly throughout the night. Don’t move here if you want to live somewhere quietly.
