This was my first visit to a rock climbing gym and I'm glad I chose this one! I purchased a day pass that included rental harness and climbing shoes. The employee who gave me the tour was knowledgeable and friendly. There is a big emphasis on safety. What a unique workout!

Not like a specific spot in the gym but I usually wear my grigri on my harness and someone always asks if I want to join their group or I find another person alone and ask. They also have a sheet you can leave your name and number on so you can plan out meeting someone there so you dont have to wait and hope someone is there

They have a small bouldering wall with some decent problems. However climb nashville east location is only bouldering
A one day guest pass with gear is around $24-ish. If you've got your own gear it's closer to $20.
If we come w children, ages 10 and 13, do we bring snacks and drinks or is there a snack bar on proper.

The upstairs has a wall for kids that is mostly v0 - v3 that is great for kids. But I haven't been to the Murfreesboro location.
If your car breaks down in the lot just let them know inside and leave a note on your dash. Private lots will generally tow otherwise
