This MRI center does not respect patron’s time. We were given an 11am appointment today and told to come in 15 minutes early for paperwork. It is now 11:50 and we are still waiting to be called for the 11am appointment. Sitting in their waiting room with a herniated disk in my neck and in pain running down my arm. How dare they make scheduled appointments they can’t keep and not call their patients when they’re running a hour or more late. Totally disrespectful of others time. Shame on them. Avoid this place of business.

I had a Cervical MRI at the Boynton Beach Center. The man who performed the test was inpatient when I asked for a minute break because I was in pain. Four days later, still no results. I call everyday asking when the results will be available to my doctor. The receptionist is very kind and told me the radiologist is on staff at some hospital. If you want results in a timely fashion, go somewhere else. Still no results.

On December 6th I had another MRI session at Advanced Diagnostic Group 2015 Ocean dr., Boynton Beach. I would like to recommend this facility to anyone who wants to have a superb and really high professional service. Especially I would advise the claustrophobic patients to go there. Safe and calm feelings. In addition, I were really impressed by Dr Brian J. Jung. Remember this name. My very special thanks to him. I am also thankful to Stacy and Wendy. They wasted my time for 2 hours and still didn't get me done they don't care about your time it's all about the money they want to charge!!!!
