Person doing insurance auth is very rude. I called my insurance myself and Im 100% covered but this office wanted to charge me almost $200 and refused to call my insurance company again. They were calling the wrong number on my insurance card.

Nice staff, in the beginning I liked seeing Dr Motiram, then over the years she became judgemental and only gave me 3 min of her time.

Dr. Motiram and her staff were exemplary in seeing me and helping me. I’ve tried so many doctors before her and no one can compare. She and her staff are compassionate and followed me through it all. The staff listened to me and got me in as soon as possible, with almost no wait time. Forever grateful to this doctor and her staff.

There are much better ways to protect the privacy of patients. Making excess noise in the waiting room is out dated. It doesn't eliminate anything. Try sitting in the waiting room for an hour and see what you think.
