Look I love star bucks but I'm having a horrible day and thought oh yeah Starbucks will brighten it up. I get they were semi busy but cmon the label of my drink was on the side. There was no chocolate.

I go here all the time, and they always make my order right and are very professional. They're usually super busy and sometimes the line can be long, but it's a big place so that's fine. Edit: Downgraded to 4 stars because there was an older Asian gentleman working today who was extremely rude. He made me the wrong drink and when I politely pointed it out, he shrugged and rolled his eyes and said it had all the ingredients. Well I could put chocolate milk in my coffee and have all the ingredients too, but it's not quite the same thing!
