I’ve gone to this movie theater a handful of times since the beginning of April, and have had mostly pleasant interactions with the staff and other guests. However, in May, my date & I didn’t have a great experience at this facility. I attempted to contact the facility privately through social media in an attempt to not provide a public review - but after hearing silence for the last 30+ days, this is the issue we had. My date and I were there on Saturday May 7th, at 5pm to see Memory. We had no issues with checking in for our tickets or even ordering food at concessions. The issue came when my date went to find the restrooms, and he asked the female usher (Maria) where they were. She ignored him. He asked again, and she wouldn’t even look at him. Two other white female patrons behind him overheard the conversation and asked the usher did she not hear him asking her for assistance - to which she still didn’t acknowledge him, and only pointed in the direction of where the restrooms were. I honestly couldn’t believe the interaction had happened as he shared it with me (since i stayed in our seats to wait for our food) and was appalled that this is something that would even happen. We have been here on more than one occasion, and something like this would absolutely cause us to take our business elsewhere. We come to this location because the service & facilities have been great this far, and the location is perfect. But this is absolutely not something I will allow to happen or subject my partner to. There is no place for racism, and absolutely not in a public venue. You may want to consider providing your employees with diversity and inclusion training, and an understanding that the world is a great diverse place. Those that cannot handle patrons of various ethnicities or even gender identities probably shouldn’t be in the service industry that deals with the general public.

Very beautiful movie theater. I love how they have everything arranged with the beautiful bathroom, cool movie posters on the walls, and friendly staff throughout the building. The chairs are nice and comfortable, but the cup holders are a little dirty. This would definitely be my go-to theater, if only the ticket prices were cut down a bit.

Love this theater! Clean and friendly staff. Seats are comfortable. We shared a Flatbread pizza and it was pretty good for theater food. They delivered it fresh and hot to our seat. Nice clean bathrooms. Yes photo is in the bathroom. I thought the doors were cool hahaha.

1st time here. Beautiful place, theater and atmosphere. Staff wasn't that friendly though, seemed like they didn't want to be there. Ordered real food at concession and it was a surprising full restaurant menu. They brought it to our seats inside the theater and you get to eat while you watch your movie. Fries were cold and we did not get the condiments we ordered, like mayo, bbq sauce, honey mustard ( though they were on the receipt) but overall I was just impressed with the concept of it all. Next time I think we will eat at the restaurant part before the movie. Only thing is I wish the seats reclined. We signed up to be members and will definitely be back!
